Police looking for man who robbed Red Cross worker

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a man wanted for robbing the American Red Cross Testing Facility, at 4680 Kalanianaole Highway, Wednesday morning.

At about 10:30 a.m., a woman employee was in the office when a male entered and demanded money from the safe. The female was unable to open the safe and was assaulted by the suspect,

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, or *CRIME on your cellular phone. Free cellular calls are provided by AT&T, Nextel Hawaii, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless Hawaii.

The suspect appeared to be in his 30s, with brown eyes and dark brown wavy hair, about 5-feet-8 and 160 to 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with "Blood Sport" on the back and camouflage pants.

This suspect also has a tattoo of a cross on his neck about an inch tall, police said.
