Hooponopono event slated for tomorrow

Malcolm Chun of St. Andrew's Cathedral is holding a workshop on "Hooponopon: Traditional Ways of Healing to Make Things Right Again," at 5 p.m. tomorrow in the cathedral's in the Von Holt Room

Chun, a researcher and scholar, has worked with Native Hawaiian agencies and organizations and written 11 short volumes covering various subjects, including one on the earliest traditional accounts of hooponopono through its institutionalization into health and social practices in modern Hawaii.

Also, Beadie and Donnie Dawson will talk about their experiences learning the skills to empower them to practice hooponopono. After the presentation, there will be a time for questions and answers, followed by a light supper.
