Speaker from "The Secret" to appear August 16

Lisa Nichols, an author and speaker who appeared in the movie "The Secret," will speak on personal empowerment techniques in Honolulu.Nichols will speak on "Living the Secret in Hawaii: Creating Your Ultimate Joy," at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday August 16 at the Japanese Cultural Center, 2454 South Beretania St. Tickets are $25 at the door.
Nichols will conduct her all-day workshop at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on August 18. Tickets are $175 in advance and $197 at the door. VIP seating and access is an additional $25.
