KAILUA, KONA
Library will be closed Friday

Advertiser Staff

The Kailua-Kona Public Library will close Friday to allow staff to attend a training session on SAM, or the Smart Access Manager.

SAM is a self-service, Web-based Internet scheduling system. It will allow library users to reserve and register for Internet sessions. It provides for maximum use of public Internet computers and the maximum number of Internet users.

The Kailua library book drops will remain open, and other Big Island public libraries normally open on Fridays are scheduled to be open that day.

The Kailua-Kona Public Library is scheduled to reopen Saturday at 9 a.m.
