Benefit luau tickets on sale

Tickets have gone on sale for United Church of Christ's 51st annual benefit "takeout" luau on Aug. 18.The $20 box ($6 of which is tax-deductible), which can be picked up between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. that day, includes an 11-course authentic Hawaiian meal of kalua pig, lomi salmon, chicken long rice, poi, raw fish, opihi, ogo, sweet potato, fresh pineapple, haupia and kulolo.
A drive-through pickup station will be open in the church parking lot, 467 North Judd St.
