Washington state man, 40, missing on Kauai

Officials with the Kaua'i Police Department are asking for the public's help with finding a missing person.According to police, Eugene Smit, 40, from Washington state, last made contact with his family in April. Family members are hoping that he will contact them at 509-588-8052 or 509-547-5457.
Smit is 6-foot-2, weighs about 165 pounds, and has brown eyes and curly brown hair.
He has a fair complexion.
