Waikiki Aquarium seeks docents

The Waikiki Aquarium is looking for volunteer docents who can commit to one, three-hour shift per week for a minimum of eight months, from October to May.Docents take class tours through the aquarium, and stress conservation and marine life protection with kids.
The next docent training class starts Sept. 4, and lasts four weeks. Sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the aquarium.
Volunteer shifts are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
