Tomorrow is Military Appreciation Day at the Honolulu Zoo.

From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., all active-duty, reserve and retired armed forces personnel and their families will get free admission to the zoo with a military ID card. Free lunch will also be served to the first 8,000 military guests.

General admission is $8, $4 for kama'aina and $1 for ages 6 to 12.

The event will feature live entertainment, educational exhibits and keiki-friendly games and activities.
