Crashed paraglider rescued from mountainside

Firefighters rescued a paraglider today who crash-landed onto a mountainside above Pali Highway.The man was not injured, but had to be rescued with a Honolulu Fire Department helicopter.
The man crashed about noon, after taking off from Makapu'u. He held on to a tree on a steep mountainside until rescuers arrived.
