In today's age of increased specialization, Reece Alnas — Kamehameha-Hawai'i's first-ever inductee — is a throwback to the multi-talented four-sport athletes of yesteryear.

Reece earned BIIF all-star first-team honors in football, basketball and baseball and also won the long jump and high jump at the track and field state championship meet last month.

As a defensive back in football, he was an all-league performer the past two seasons and helped the Warriors qualify for the Division II state tournament both years. In basketball, he was an all-BIIF first-team guard who helped the Warriors advance to the state semifinals this season.

In baseball, Reece was an all-BIIF first-team outfielder and helped Kamehameha-Hawai'i advance to its first-ever state semifinals.

In the classroom, Reece carried a 3.3 grade-point average and will attend Oregon State University, where he will try to play football and baseball.
