The Hawai'i Pacific University women's soccer team have signed McKinley High School's Chelsie Sato and Moanalua's Ashley Dolan.

"Chelsie is a player with size and versatility," HPU coach Mark Kane said in a press release. "We will look for her to fill a stopper or defensive midfielder role, and hope to develop her field leader skills."

Sato earned All-O'ahu Interscholastic Association honors as a defender for the Tigers. She also played volleyball, basketball and was a kicker for the football team.

Dolan also earned All-OIA honors as well as Hawai'i Youth Soccer Association All-State honors for her club team. She was a team captain and starting defender for Moanalua.

"Ashley is one of the strongest defenders to come out of the OIA in recent years," Kane added. "We look for her to anchor our back line in a central role."
