Man hurls brick at car, shatters windshield

The man was booked at 4:30 p.m. for first-degree criminal property damage.
Police said the man and woman, 42, were arguing over a financial matter and as the woman attempted to drive off, the man threw the brick at her car.
The woman was not injured.
