Brick thrower charged with damaging car

Jon K. Ohashi's initial appearance is tomorrow at District Court. His bail is $15,000.
Ohashi, who resides on the 200 block of Dole Street, and a woman, 42, were involved in an argument over finances Monday in Salt Lake, police said.
As the woman drove off in her car, Ohashi allegedly threw a large brick at the windshield. The woman escaped injury, police said.
Ohashi was arrested at 6:15 p.m. fronting 1418 Ala Hoku.
