Rain expected over mauka, windward areas

Moderate trade winds are expected this weekend and will continue to carry low-level moisture to the smaller islands, the National Weather Service said.While most showers will be over windward and mauka areas today some showers could extend to leeward areas. The Big Island forecast, however, calls for drier-than-normal conditions over the next few days.
