Steel guitar night set for Hawai'i Theatre June 28

The Hana Hou series at the Hawai'i Theatre ends with "Be Steel My Heart," a program produced by Burton White, at 8 p.m. June 28.The evening will spotlight steel-guitar artistry and focus on the instrument that is held horizontally, with fretting utilizing a steel slide instead of fingers as in conventional guitar work.
Headliners include Casey Olsen and the Hiram Olsen Trio, Greg Sardinha and his trio Po'okela, Alan Akaka and Jeff Au Hoy, with others yet to be announced.
