Surf drops along southern shores

Advertiser Staff

The current south swell is continuing to slowly subside and will dissipate after Saturday. A series of small south swells with fairly long periods will arrive Monday night and continue through most of next week, the National Weather Service said.

In the meantime, south shores will see surf 2 to 4 feet today, as will east shores.

Surf along north shores will be 2 feet or less, and west shores will see surf 1 to 3 feet.
