THERESA "TERRI" ROTTENBUCHER POMORSKI, 58, co-owner of The Story Hour in Manoa, died June 3, 2007. High school English teacher who created the first advanced placement English program for seniors. The Story Hour bookstore, dedicated to children's books, was a popular gathering place for parents and children. Co-creator of the first children's literature conference in Hawai'i and of ABC, American Booksellers for Children, dedicated to maintaining quality in children's literature. Survived by husband, Berne; sisters, Beth Scarpaci and Nance Knowles; brothers, Peter and James; caregivers, Shirley Dresbach, Margaret Norman and Danica Van Acker. Mainland service held. No flowers.
