Accident causes North Shore outage

HECO spokesman Darren Pai said troubleshooters were on scene assessing the damage. The outage occurred at 9:08 p.m.
Police closed the highway to traffic between Velzyland and Crawford's Convalescent Home due to live wires on the roadway.
No one was critically injured, police said.
