South shore surf expected to hang around, grow a bit

Advertiser Staff

Surf along south- and west-facing shores is expected to be in the range of 1 to 3 feet today.

Surf of 2 to 4 feet is expected along east-facing shores while north-facing shores can expect 2 feet or less.

Surf along south-facing shores is expected to gradually build to moderate levels by Monday afternoon. South swells will maintain moderate surf heights along south-facing shores through mid week, with slightly larger surf returning there on Thursday and Friday. Otherwise, no significant swells are expected.
