Man caught cutting aluminum bleachers

The man was booked for second-degree theft at 7:55 a.m. and released pending further investigation at 11:10 a.m.
According to police a groundskeeper saw the man carrying off sawed-off pieces of the bleachers and called police.
The man was arrested fronting 917 Kalaniana'ole Highway,
