Benefit June 30 for museum

Advertiser Staff

Lyman Museum celebrates its 75th anniversary with an elegant Hawaiian Supper fundraiser June 30 at an estate in Ono-mea.

The event begins at 5 p.m. and features music, an auction and an old-fashioned community gathering to re-create the Hawaiian hospitality of 75 years ago.

Auction items range from fine works of art to golf weekends on the Neighbor Islands.

Founded in 1931, the museum is one of only four American Association of Museums-accredited museums in the state.

Tickets are $125, and proceeds benefit the museum. For more information, call (808) 935-5021.
