Small surf continues around Islands

Advertiser Staff

Big-wave hunters will have to take a break for the foreseeable future and make way for the scuba divers.

The best surf can be found along south shores today, but it's only expected to hit 2 feet to 4 feet, the National Weather Service said. It will also be 2 feet to 4 feet along east shores, but will dip to 2 feet or less along north shores and 1 foot to 3 feet along west shores.

The outlook through Sunday calls for moderate surf.
