Vitech Systems Group, a New York-based software and services company, said its contract with the Hawaii Employees' Retirement System has been amended with $2 million of extra work.

Vitech said it is to provide software support and conversion of paper documents to electronic formats for the ERS, the state's largest pension system, under the change. The award marked an extension of an existing contract for more than $12 million for software, integration and other work that helps the pension fund improve operations.
