The state Department of Transportation will close the right lane on Kamehameha Highway (outbound) between Radford and Halawa drives today through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for sidewalk, curb and gutter construction.

The outbound sidewalk will also be closed during these hours, and pedestrian traffic will be rerouted to the sidewalk on the inbound side.

Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.

Roadwork is weather-permitting.
