Surf on the rise around islands

A series of south swells has is bring surf 3 to 5 feet that will be maintained through the weekend, with the largest surf expected Thursday and Friday, the National Weather Service said.Today, surf along south and west shores will be 3 to 5 feet after being 2 to 4 feet overnight and early in the morning.
West shores will see surf 2 to 4 feet and north shores will remain 2 feet or less.
