Tickets have gone on sale for a late-summer production of the musical "The Pajama Game" at Windward Community College's Paliku Theatre.

The show, directed by Ron Bright, will run Aug. 24-Sept. 16, with shows on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons.

Bright, a legendary figure in Windward O'ahu's theater community, says it will be a nostalgic production for him, because "The Pajama Game" was the first show he directed after he became a high school teacher in 1963.

"I still have my original script, just a little worse for the wear, but full of great ideas," he said.
