Man, 24, killed in Kahuku construction site accident

A 24-year-old man is dead after a piece of heavy machinery rolled over him at a construction site in Kahuku this morning, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city Emergency Services Department.The man was reportedly pronounced dead at 10:33 a.m.
Emergency Services received a call at 10:02 a.m. from the Kahuku firing range where workers reported that a machine used to move large rocks had rolled over the man.
