Kaneko moves into fourth at Rolex Junior Girls golf

Sacred Hearts student Ayaka Kaneko shot a 1-over-par 71 today and moved into fourth place after the second round of the Rolex Girls Junior Championship at Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen, Colo.

Mina Harigae shot a 72 and was at 142, a stroke ahead of first-round leader Jane Rah, who shot a 75.

Former Hawai'i resident Kimberly Kim shot a 74 and was tied for seventh at 149.

Elyse Okada, who will be a senior at Maui High, shot a 77 and was tied for 21st at 155.
