Brian Cagimat Hattal, 35, of Waipahu, and Margaret Ann Watkins, 36, of Waip'o,were each charged with two counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. Bail for each is $25,000.

Police officers reported witnessing the break-ins, which they said occurred Friday at 8 p.m.
