Maui police reviewing fatal leap at Wailua Falls

Maui police are reviewing a videotape of a Maui man's fatal jump at Wailua Falls in Hana this weekend.Shannon Alfapada, 35, of Makawao, died of head injuries after landing on rocks at the falls around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.
The tape is being handled as evidence, police said.
