Man accused of using stolen credit card

A 55-year-old man was charged today for allegedly trying use a stolen credit card to charge items yesterday at Ala Moana Center.

James Radack is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, unauthorized possession of confidential personal information, second-degree identity theft, and second-degree forgery.

Radack's bail is $20,000.

Radack was arrested yesterday at 9 a.m. Police were notified after a clerk was suspicious of the card being used by Radack. The card actually belongs to a 53-year-old man.
