Harley promoted to manager at Four Seasons Hualalai

Ilse Harley has been promoted to resort manager of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawai`i's Kona Coast.She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the resort, including the rooms, food and beverage, and engineering divisions.
Harley brings more than 19 years of hospitality industry experience to Hualalai, 15 years of which has been with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She was most recently director of rooms at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. Prior to that, she worked at the company's properties in New York, Atlanta, and Boston.
She was born in Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Travel from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
The 243-room hotel comprises 36 low-rise ocean view bungalows and was named "#1 Hotel in Hawai`i" by Travel + Leisure and "#1 Resort in the United States" by Zagat. The resort also received the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award for the tenth consecutive year.
