Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas holds kaiseki dinner July 3

Chef Hiroshi Fukui has a cadre of fans who await his three-times-a-year contemporary kaiseki dinners with bated breath. The next one is July 3 at his Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas in Restaurant Row. You can book a table any time between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m.Fukui doesn't just rejigger what's already on the menu he creates new dishes, using sometimes surprising ingredients. The dinner is an audition of sorts some of his innovations wind up on the menu.
The dinner is a flavor arc of 10 courses.
Price: $75 food only, $100 with wine pairings (made by master sommelier Chuck Furuya).
