Libraries to host 'Magic of Reading' next month

McCully-Mo'ili'ili Public Library will host the event at 10:30 a.m. July 7, Mililani Public Library at 6:30 p.m. July 18.
The 45-minute program will feature magic, puppetry, comedy and audience participation to explore topics such as decision-making, reading, self-esteem and safety issues. It's suitable for children 5 and older.
The event is part of the Children's Summer Reading Program with the Hawai'i State Public Library System.
If a sign-language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed, contact the hosting library at least seven to 10 days prior to the event.
