Hanauma Bay program seeks visitors' photos, stories

The Hanauma Bay Education program is collecting photos, stories and children's artwork in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Hanauma Bay Marine Life Conservation District.Photos of Hanauma Bay, stories of favorite experiences there and children's artwork of the bay should be submitted no later than July 28. All photos will be returned and stories should be 200 words or less. Children's artwork should be no larger than 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches.
Material will be displayed at the Hanauma Bay visitor center, so please include name and contact information. Selected material will also be published in the East Oahu Sun Newspaper, The University of Hawai'i Sea Grant College publication Ka Pili Kai and will be available for viewing on the Hanauma Bay Education Program's Web site.
