Power restored to 2,300 in Manoa, Moiliili, Waikiki

Power was restored to most of the Manoa-area customers by about 11:45 a.m. The remaining customers regained power by 1:05 p.m., Pai said.
Reasons for the outage remain unclear, Pai said, noting HECO crews are currently investigating the problem.
