Meridias Capital names 2 to Hawaii management team

Meridias Capital of Hawaii, a residential mortgage bank, has named two new members to its Hawai'i management team.

The company employs more than 800 employees and is licensed in 46 states.

Meridias Capital of Hawaii was opened in 2006 with two locations — one in Kapolei on O'ahu and the other in Kailua, Kona on the Big Island, with plans to open an additional office in Wailuku, Maui, by mid-2007.

Oliver Oliquiano has been named Hawaii Regional Business Development Manager and will manage sales teams at the company's four local offices on O'ahu, Maui, and the Big Island. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.

Ty Tynan was named Branch Manager of the company's Kapolei location. He will oversee the branch's new hire training, coaching, escalations and business development. He brings more than 15 years sales and management experience in both the financial services and communications technology industry to Meridias Capital.
