Big Island woman arrested after domestic shooting

Big Island police have arrested a 34-year-old Kalaoa woman in connection with a reported shooting during a domestic dispute Monday afternoon.Police responding to a 5:30 p.m. call were told the woman had fired at least one shot during an argument with her estranged husband at the woman's Kalaoa home on Mamalahoa Highway. The 39-year-old husband, of Kona, was not injured.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of reckless endangerment.
