Silent march today for Kalihi murder victim canceled

Today's Hawaii State Coalition Against Domestic Violence silent march for murder victim Liwliwa Barayuga has been canceled at the request of the victim's family."We will be respecting their privacy during this painful time," coalition spokeswoman Esther McDaniel said.
Barayuga, 63, was stabbed to death during a domestic dispute at her Kalihi home June 13. Her husband, 62-year-old Victorio Barayuga, has been charged with murder.
