Mission Houses craft fair, Saturday and Sunday

Advertiser Staff

Mission Houses Museum has scheduled a two-day Summer Craft Fair, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1. Island craftspeople and artists show their wares at this annual event.

The Summer Craft Fair will be held on the grounds of Mission Houses Museum at 553 So. King St., a National Historic Landmark. All proceeds support the museum's educational programs.

The Summer Craft Fair traditionally features locally made objects such as ceramics, glass, quilts, jewelry, paintings, photography, woodcarvings and works on paper. The annual Summer Craft Fair offers something for everyone and will include food and activities for children and families.

The Mission Houses Museum Store promotes the work of regional artists and craftspeople year 'round.
