Superferry reservations on sale tomorrow morning

Reservations for interisland travel on Hawai'i Superferry's Alakai will open at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, the company said in a news release.

Customers can make their reservations online at www.HawaiiSuperferry.com, the company said.

Customers may also make reservations by calling 1-877-HI-FERRY (877-443-3779) from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Commercial and group customers may contact a Hawai'i Superferry sales manager at (808) 853-4115 (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) for assistance with reservations.

Reservations will initially be accepted for travel Sept. 5, 2007, through Jan. 15, 2008.

Service will be offered daily between Maui and O'ahu and six days a week (Sunday-Friday) between Kaua'i and O'ahu. These voyages will take about three hours each way. When a second ferry arrives in 2009, service will begin between O'ahu and the Island of Hawai'i and a second daily O'ahu-Maui roundtrip will be offered.
