Pedestrian, 29, seriously injured in Kakaako accident

A 29-year-old man was transported to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition this morning following a pedestrian accident near Personal Touch Computers, at Keawe Street and Ala Moana Boulevard, said Honolulu Emergency Services spokesman Byran Cheplic.The driver of a taxi that reportedly struck the pedestrian fled the scene.
