Brushfire near Royal Kunia center extinguished

Firefighters extinguished a brushfire at this morning near a stoplight in the Royal Kunia shopping center.The fire's size and estimated damages were not yet available, according to Honolulu Fire Department spokesman Capt. Terry Seelig.
The fire was reported at about 7:11 a.m., and firefighters declared it as under control by 7:19 a.m., Seelig said, noting that it was fully extinguished by 7:45 a.m.
