Advertiser Staff

Through its Web site Aloha-street.com, Wincubic.com, Inc., a Honolulu-based multimedia corporation, is encouraging Japanese tourists who will be on O'ahu Saturday, June 30, to mingle with residents and to participate in a beach cleanup at Ala Moana Beach Park from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The cleanup is a collaboration between the Surfrider Foundation and the Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project and will be followed by a Barefoot Celebration at Local Motion/Brew Moon from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Before the Beach Cleanup, Wincubic President and chief editor Hajime "Jim" Ueno will present a $2,500 check from the Aloha Street Nature Project to the non-profit Surfrider Foundation in appreciation for its ocean conservation work.
