Kilauea and Waialae Ave. intersection closed tonight

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists that lane closures at the intersection of Waialae Avenue and Kilauea Avenue will continue until 5 a.m. today for crosswalk striping work.During this work, no left turns will be allowed through the intersection. Motorists are advised to use Hunakai Street as an alternate route.
Drivers are advised to use caution while driving through the work area to allow for extra travel time.
