RE/MAX International buys back its Hawai'i franchise

The California-based franchisee of real estate brokerage firm RE/MAX in Hawai'i and California is selling the business back to franchisor RE/MAX International.The Denver-based franchisor said it expects its purchase of RE/MAX of California & Hawaii will be concluded by mid-April.
A price was not disclosed.
The Hawai'i RE/MAX operations have been part of the regional franchise ownership since 1992.
