An O'ahu boy was arrested last night after he allegedly robbed a 19-year-old man on a city bus in Downtown Honolulu.

The man told police the boy approached him while he was seated on the bus and demanded to listen to his Walkman, and moments later demanded money.

The man said he began to argue with the boy who then opened a fanny pack and showed the man what appeared to be the handle of a knife.

The man reported the incident to the bus driver who called police.

The boy got off the bus before police arrived, but they found him near the bus line and the man identified him.

The boy, whose age was not provided because he is a juvenile, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
