Men's WAC basketball tourney seeds to be set Saturday

Seeds for the nine spots in the Western Athletic Conference Tournament will be determined Saturday following the scheduled games.The tournament will be held March 6-10 in Las Cruces, N.M.
The WAC will also send out all possible seeding scenarios on Friday, following Thursday's games.
Nevada has already clinched the top seed while the first round game (8 vs. 9) on Tuesday will feature Idaho and San Jose State with the winner advancing to play Nevada on Thursday.
New Mexico State will play in the late game on Thursday regardless of its seed, so the bracket will be set dependent on where the Aggies finish.
In other news, Las Cruces also will host next year's tournament.
