14 Tesoros drop gas prices to help Special Olympics

Gas prices at participating Tesoro stations have been dropped to as low as $2.59 a gallon today and law enforcement officers will be at the pumps looking to help local Special Olympians with their annual fundraiser.The hope is that anyone who fills up on the cheaper gas will also make a donation to "Fuel the dreams of Special Olympics Hawaii" athletes.
Last year, the event raised more than $20,000 for local Special Olympic athletes.
This year, the goal is to raise $40,000.
The 14 Tesoro stations participating in the fundraiser have dropped their prices about 10 cents a gallon.
