Analyst ups Douglas Emmett Inc. to market outperform

Shares of Douglas Emmett Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns property on O'ahu, were raised to ``outperform'' from ``market perform'' by analyst Paul D. Puryear at Raymond James.Bloomberg News reported Puryear set a target price of $30.00 per share.
